Mark was Born in New Zealand and moved to the U.S. at an early age. Growing up in Western New York he enjoyed Ski Racing, Cycling, Camping and Youth Sports. When it came time for college there was no option but to move west to pursue those passions on a larger scale. He attended the University of Utah where he emersed himself in the outdoors lifestyle.
After college working in the ski industry as a sales rep he was relocated to Truckee, CA. Once there he realized he had found home. He also graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Reno with an MBA. Mark has been heavily involved in the community for over 20 years. He was a founding member of the Truckee Bike Park, has worked with various not for profits building local multi use trails, been on local not for profit boards and most recently is serving on the TDPUD Broadband Committee trying to bring high speed internet to the community for all. His local network in the area runs deep.
Mark has chosen to raise a family in Truckee with his wife Legan. He has 2 children, Hayden and Zoe. He is also very involved in coaching youth sports all seasons of the year. His children attend local public schools and love the Tahoe lifestyle as much as he and his wife do. Skiing, Camping and sports are a way of life for this family.
Mark has made the transition into real estate and teamed up with the Donner Summit Properties team.
